Booking Policy
Our check in time is 2 pm and check out is strictly at 12 noon. A check in after 5 pm is by appointment only. LangitRimba does not accept day guests. Minimum 1 night stay is required. Only registered guests are permitted in the reserve. Children above 11 are considered adult.
It is our responsibility to make sure that our guests are satisfied and have their privacy during the stay. Commercial photography or drone use allowed only by prior arrangement.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation made 2 weeks prior to arrival date can be rescheduled to another date at no extra cost. Cancellation within 48 hours of the unit on the day of arrival will not be refunded.
House Rules
Please comply with the following:
- This is a strictly No Smoking resort.
- This property is an owner operated eco resort. It does not have a permanent check in
counter/ receptionist. We will arrange a “meet & greet” session for key handover and familiarization of the house. - Check in time: 2 pm – 4 pm, Check out time: 12pm.
- Check in after 4 pm is by appointment only. Not later than 6 pm. Late check out is subject to additional charges.
- The safety of personal belongings is your responsibility. We provide a safe in each unit. Please inspect the house before you leave. Vehicle/s should be properly locked.
- The number of guests must not exceed the number registered on the booking reservation.
The maximum number guests in the entire house is 18 pax. - No loud parties, illegal activities or fireworks are permitted. Please maintain quiet solitude from 10 pm to 6 am.
- Please do not swim while it is raining, as danger of lightning will be present.
- We are sorry - pets are strictly not allowed .
- Please limit your cooking to halal food only in the resort.
- Save our planet . Guests are advised to switch off all lights, air-conditioner, fan, taps and heaters when not in use.
- LangitRimba management and staff are hereby strictly absolved from all liabilities/claims/damage to property (including vehicles, personal belongings) or personal injury. First aid kits are provided.
